The World's Greatest Bonus
On top of your commission, the WGB is paid every week. It's calculated from your month-to-date (MTD) bonus Net ALP — the more you write this month, the higher your tier and bonus percentage.
A multiplier based on each policy type's assigned percentage is applied, and any negative carryover from prior months is subtracted from Net ALP.

Do I need sales experience?
No. Many of our best agents had none. We train you from the ground up with a word-for-word script.
Do I need to be licensed already?
No. You can join first, and we'll guide you through your state life insurance license alongside your training.
How much can I make?
Commission is uncapped. See the earnings breakdown above for what agents make in year one, based on internal compensation reports of live agents — plus override bonuses and the weekly World's Greatest Bonus.
